Reflections about the humanization of the process of nursing care
RESUMO
Objetivo: Ensaio reflexivo, cujo objetivo é pensar a partir da Política Nacional de Humanização como se tem realizado o processo de cuidar em enfermagem, tendo em vista as várias dificuldades enfrentadas no ambiente de trabalho que influenciam o modo como esses profissionais irão gerir a assistência prestada. Método: Utilizou-se como base referencial o documento do Ministério da Saúde referente à Política, associando-se a publicações atuais sobre a temática em questão. É preciso compreender que humanização da assistência e das condições de trabalho são interdependentes e que o resgate da essência humana corrobora para a construção do ser humano como provedor de cuidados.

ABSTRACT
This article is a reflective essay, whose goal is to think from the National Policy of Humanization as if has conducted the process of nursing care, bearing in mind the various difficulties in the work environment that influence the way in which these professionals will manage the assistance provided. It was used as the basis of the reference document of the Ministry of health, which regulates the political, joining the current publications on the subject in question. Include some alternatives for the humanization of the process of nursing care to be effective. We need to understand that humanization of assistance and humanization of working conditions are interdependent and that the rescue of the human essence supports for the construction of the human being as a provider of care.
